This is the perfect one-liner to get it across 👌🏽 You’ve probably done this to people. Your ex has probably done it to you. And if you can’t except that in reality no matter how much work you do no one can really heal that within them except themselves. If that’s hard to accept you may be stuck for a long time. The BEST your own healing can do for them is offer the frequency of healing.
