No, but this is a language from which humans can tap into inner-standing. By the way, to be more specific about the 4th dimension itself, 4D is where manifestation is quicker because time is more flexible (we're in the 4D now, so this is good stuff to know). But it is also where the veil becomes very thin (this is why "supernatural" things (including UFO/ET/NHI) are currently occurring. Does that sound like a weird dream? PERFECT! Because 4d is is ALSO the same dimension where dreams occur. You will begin to perceive less separation between reality and your dreams because you'll understand there so no time and if there is no time you'll understand you're looking at/experiencing THE SAME THING, only from different perspectives/angles.
Begin to take yourself into new levels of inner-standing this because, for example, when "Alien Beings" arrive in (at least in some capacity) probably 2ish years from now you'll need to inner-stand what you're really looking at/witnessing/experiencing. For me, inner-standing is achieving depths to the point where I can say I'm "ascending" before your very eyes. Transcending probably being more suitable a statement because you won’t ascend without transcending first. I'll end with this: in this illusory "physical reality"(not) remember that you get to choose the [majority] of the [REQUIRED] entropy you wish to enter or exit; and while your choices AS PER YOUR SINCERITY (not human egoic "healthy choice making" ) ARE IMPORTANT.
