This does NOT promote negativity, but rather, promotes awareness. To put the truthful [complex idea] simply: The idea isn’t toxic positivity and putting our heads in the sand, but rather, that 5D “reward” you’re looking for is in CONSCIOUSNESS/awareness and not putting our heads in the sand as we STILL choose positive thoughts, timelines, sometimes bold actions, and keeping great faith and even knowing. Despite what I say here, if the bringing down of vibration is severe and overly intense, then do refrain from exposing yourself to such material.
Most humans are still learning through TRAUMA (in fairness it IS THE POINT of this frequency-dimension). Including plenty of light workers and starseeds.. (Imagine the regular humans). Most relationships are teaching us in some cases, nothing more than what we don’t want to be, and we failed to confirm that we don’t want to be it. That’s mostly all relationships, which we have to approach with as much clarity as possible coupled with patience (cuz you might have to do that relationship 10 times — lets you know not much clarity) AND DISCERNMENT.
