Sure, closer to 5th, but the same place where your dreams exist. Meaning, while you're physical things can get VERY (what you'd call) strange in your physical world. It's a dimension to cross before reaching the 5th. However, don't think weird things can’t happen in the 5th. But rather, a difference is you have coherent control in the 5th which makes this seem both not weird, as well as not something you'd often manifest because of that holy coherent control which itself makes for no reason to bother to manifest such experiences, or "them". Because readings mean nothing if a decent level of this information/inner-standing is not reached. I felt I was deceiving people as 'predictions' don't often help their 'cause'.
