Sure, closer to 5th, but the same place where your dreams exist. Meaning, while you're physical things can get VERY (what you'd call) strange in your physical world. But rather, a difference is you have coherent control in the 5th which makes this seem both not weird, as well as not something you'd often manifest because of that holy coherent control which itself makes for no reason to bother to manifest such experiences, or "them". Most humans are still learning through TRAUMA (in fairness it IS THE POINT of this frequency-dimension). Including plenty of light workers and starseeds.. (Imagine the regular humans). Most relationships are teaching us in some cases, nothing more than what we don’t want to be, and we failed to confirm that we don’t want to be it.
